Job Responsibilities
Greet visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls and direct callers appropriately.
Provide callers with information and direct them accordingly.
Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing e-mail/mail.
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence.
Minimum Qualifications
Age: Minimum 18 years of age or older.
Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
Color vision: Distinguish color clearly.
Mathematics: Perform calculations which include algebra and geometry.
Organization: Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
Customer Service: Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Computer Equipment: Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment, word processing, familiar with creating excel spreadsheets.
Strength: Lifting and carrying weights in excess of 20 pounds.
